Ugh I am a 32B and it's sooo annoying because MOST brands don't have 32B. Usually in that case I will end up getting a 34A because it's the closest in size. If the 34B has any type of padding in it or cushioned pushup, it might work though.

180 systolic is definitely not good. You need to try and keep it under 140. I'm surprised your BP med isn't managing it better if you're taking it regularily. Antihistamines are vasoconstrictors though. So it makes your vessels get smaller which of course would make the pressure...

I dont spend near that... i haven't cut my hair or done anything to it (0ther than spend $2 on shampoo & conditioner every few months) for a year and a half... and I probably spend $2 on cosmetics a month on average...
