My RCA television display's unusable signal. I can't get cable or watch dvd's. I also used to watch cable on channel 3 and now my tv isn't even tuned in to get channel 3. What could be wrong and how do I tune in channel 3 again? This is a new 42 inch RCA. I have the same problem and seems like a lot of others are having the same problem too. If you find a good answer and fix yours appreciate letting me know so I can fix mine. Thanks
