About me:	I am a practicing medical doctor. I became interested in answering some of these questions because one of the answers I saw included was simply just an urban myth. It is often difficult to answer some questions because they require a good deal of personal opinion as opposed to fact. Most often these are phrased starting with "what is the best....". My view is that bad information is worse than no information at all.
