I think that mothers are being honored for all they give and sacrafice. If a daughter has children some day, then she can be honored. It's all about appreciation. You never know what a person is going through outside of work, and I want to display empathy. I went through hard times years ago, and ppl showed me empathy. As for others I think that maybe the majority are more themselves here than in person.
