My girlfriend is jealous because of me hanging out with other girls, so i tend to do it less often now...i basically do it because i love her...is this an okay thing for a teenage relationship? NO!!! Get OUT of that relationship!! I had a relationship like that, and it started just how your question states. The girl told me she got jealous when I hung out with any of my other female friends. I was sad, but kept dating her. Eventually this spread to her being jealous of my GUY friends...and that's when I got out of the relationship.
