That's a tough one - I would try to explain that you are friends with both of them and support each of them. Try not to get yourself involved in their little tussle. I have been formulating a theory about compatibility for couples and am interested in feedback. I call it IIRN (Ideal Intimate Relationship Needs). I'll put it in the comment and am just interested in what you think of it. This is quite interesting - I heard a speaker a few years ago describe a theory of "Unmet expectations" I would think that a person's desire for contact or getting their needs met is a huge factor in the success rate of a relationship. You are quite a smart person, i'll buy your book!!

It's 3am and I can't sleep although I will be working a long day. It's the second day in a row I haven't had adequate sleep. I do have things I am worried about and am dealing with them but in the meantime I just need to get a good night's sleep. Help!
