Are you using a dos box inside windows? If so you cant format the os system drive. However, many OS installation programs offer to format the disk for you, so I dont think you have to do it manually.

Turn off your daily scan, or use a different antivirus. You can do a full manual scan every couple of weeks, daily scans might not even pick up a virus since they don't scan the whole harddrive.

The car should run. However you should change the oil, otherwise bad things might happen to it. I'd change the coolant too. And after you run it for a while i'd change the oil again. Old oil turns into a nasty sludge that can be corrosive as well. However engines can take a bit of damage, so while it's not the best thing for it, it might be fine.

Some cars do that, mine for example. When you pump the brakes, you use vacum, which introduces extra air in the manifold. If your car is running rich at idle, this is going to increase your idle, and if it runs lean, it will decrease it or make it run rough.

Have you used a program that stresses your cpu? Is it overclocked? You can try http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=200 to see if you get any errors under stress. It can also be your northbridge, sometimes they overheat really bad, try opening the case and point a household fan at it, if it stops crashing then you know what it is.

No, I don't think you can, but you can maximize one of them and make one full screen. The reason is that only one monitor has full screen hardware acceleration support.

Smoking is certainly worse, soda can be bad for you in some cases, but if you stop drinking it and lose weight, and exercise you can reverse it. Smoking damage is irreversible.

Try to check the monitor cable, if it has a plug on the monitor side it may be unplugged. May be videocard, if you have onboard video card as well you can try unplugging your normal one and see if it works with the on board one, then you know it's the video card.

Because, technically there is no real reason they shouldn't, they only live 1 year, I assume, and they would lay eggs once. Since they aren't around for the eggs to hatch, they cant really influence them and evolution has no way to stop them from eating each other. (If they were around two spiders might have had better chances of protecting them)

Well there is no real answer. Some of the countries are poorer, such as East European for example, and I assume that being poorer emphasises helping each other (you need to). Asian I have no clue, and I suggest that American is the opposite of the first paragraph. Of course, you shouldn't generalize at country level. Everyebody is different, and each country has good and bad people.
