initially you would see no difference
this is while the fat cells turn into muscle cells
also muscles are just as heavy as fat cells so dont expect too much weight reduction soon
BUT
if you keep it up for a good long term THEN you will start to notice a difference (as long as your diet is good)

What is the reasoning behind the old showbiz saying, "Never world with kids and animals?"
"never WORK with kids or animals"
this is mainly due to the fact you cannot instruct them to do exactly what you require them to do while on the tv
a great example was a kids tv programme years ago when a baby elephant was paraded in front of hundreds of school kids
great idea until the elephant had a huge dump right in front of all the kids
so its mainly true - NEVER work...

Hi my mate gave me a ipod 30gb but it already has over 1000 songs on it which i dont like how do i get rid of them and how do i put my music on it? i dont have itunes on my computer either how do i go about getting that programme thanks heaps
itunes will help you to remove / upload all the tunes
what i would attempt first is to copy all the existing songs onto your computer before you delete them permanently
there are many freeware apps which can help you do this
unless you hate ALL the songs on there.......if so just wipe them all off

technically it would be possible but very rare.
the scenario i imagine is two people who meet very young and both fall in love for the first time simultaneously.
its a long shot but it could work.
but for the rest of us there is always a degree of caution in love.

Shocking - a seven year old boy has been on a killing spree (killing 13 animals) at a zoo in Australia yet he cannot be punished due to his young age. How should be be punished for this in your opinion?
wow i just looked at the news story and i have many points to make:
1. 7 year old boy - where were his parents?
2. 7 year old boy - how did he get close to the crocodile?
3. 7 year old boy - in his mind he was playing a game.
i would immediately examine the parents by police and a shrink asap and try to find a reason why their son would carry out such an unusual "game'

I'm constantly criticized & met with sarcasm, here on AB, because I am a police officer. So many seem to have a problem with authority/police, Why?...theres laws, break them, theres repercussions, it's not that difficult to stay out of trouble is it?
its mainly due to a lack of respect for out politicians and government policies
this filters down to street level where we can let our feeling be known to the highest authority in general contact with us
which for most of us is the police
do you agree with all the laws you have to enforce - be honest.....some of them are ridiculous

but most important is to have an exercise ratio to match your food consumption
to put in in perspective a top althlete eats nearly 20,000 calories a day - but that is ok because they exercise for 5 or 6 hours to burn off the calories
eat less food = less than average exercise (less than 2 hours approx)
