I had surgery today to treat the endometriosis that has been ravaging my body for 12 years, and I'm in an insurpasable amount of pain! Aside from meds, any type of meditation or breathing exercises I might use to help alleviate some of the pressure below? I know the pain you are talking about, for me if I push(my muscles [down there]) almost like when you go #2) and hold my breath, it provides me a few moments of relief from the pressure, also put a pillow between your knees and squeeze!!! This also helps with the pressure, but briefly, I do this while I lay down on my side till I eventualy fall asleep (with assistance from prescribed pain meds)

I found a pill in my sons, friend's coat pocket when i washed it for him. It is a green pill that is "foot ball" shaped, and has the number 93 on one side and 33 on the other side, and the size of a loritab. Not extacy, but oxycotin... worse, someone I know just died from an overdose, just 1 pill...

I found some pills in my daughter's book bag. They are M522 on one side and 7.5/325 on the other side. They are white oblong pills. I don't believe it has a street value of $80.00 per tablet, so she is probably not stealing your money or doing anything outlandish to obtain this pill, however it is a narcotic pain killer, so unless she has a perscription for percocet or you do, she probably bought it for more like $4.00 per tablet.Check and make sure no one in your family has this perscription, she may have obtained it...
