i think it depends on the child, by 3 months my son had 2 teeth and would not get full on a bottel so i started putting a little cereal in his bottel just to make it a little more thicker, now at 4 months he eats one jar of stage one baby food a day, the same thing 3 days in a row. but make sure you check with you doctor 1st, most doctors don't want then to get any thing untill 5-6 months.
