| About me: | Hello! + I'm an English teacher in my twenties. I'm from the South East of England but I'm established in Barcelona with my fiancee and a pretty cool life! I love fashion, electro/indie/post-punk music, reading, cooking, writing, and animals. I am a strong supporter of animal rights and animal rights organisations. I hate bullfighting, fox hunting and bloodpsorts in general. + I have Socialist views. That's not the same as being a Communist, despite what some ignorant people think. + I am against illegal wars like this one. + I am Agnostic, therefore I haven't found a religion that suits me. Maybe this isn't possible? I keep my options open and learn what I can, but never take kindly to people who try and force their relgion on to me. That relates to those on Answerbag, too. Let people be. + I try and answer questions as constructively, politely and reasonably as I can, but don't take kindly to trolls or abusive people, people who 'argue the toss' and irrational arrogance. The phrase 'treat others how you like to be treated' really is essential! + I have a very low tolerance level when it comes to general hatefulness and discrimination. When I come across questions like this I will not hesitate to moderate and/or answer bluntly. I detest homophobia, racism, sexism, ageism... + I'm not a points whore. Points, downrates, uprates are irrelevant to me as I'm here to help! That said, if you uprate me for a question or answer you like - Thanks! + Finally, I will only accept friend requests from people I have communicated with through comments, answers, etc. I don't add people who I have never spoken to before! Why not try talking to me before you add? xxx |
