| About me: | Hi, My name is R, even when I was a little kid, I felt so inferior, just one negative word from another person could make me feel sooooo upset, so unhappy, I consider myself a clever person, I have a painful childhood, I did not want to engage with other people because I always thought no one can really understand me, I dont trust anybody. I chose to have no friend, I chose to shutdown my feeling. I thought that will be the best way to protect myself from being hurt by others. And finally, I become a person with no friend and family. 35 years had past, I lived all by myself...
During the last 35 years, I try really hard to understand myself, I try to figure out the true meaning of my life. I realize one can never truely understand oneself becuase we are changing everyday. You are also restricted to your own point of view. One will be lacked of self-confidence because you can't really love yourself. Love is a mutual feeling between living things. Love has to be passed from one body to another. Today, I finally understand if you want to love yourself, you must attempt to understand yourself, try to face your own problems in your own life. And you have know how to share :D Remember, you can never escape from your own pain and loneliness, unless you choose to face your own problem! If it's something about yourself, try to fix it. If it's something that happened in your past, you have to learn how to let go and move on. Or else you will always be pursued by your own unhappiness, because what pursue you is actually yourself!!! |
