If he is constantly around you, talking to you, sitting next to you, smiling at you, laughing at your jokes, or looking for an excuse for you two to talk or hang out with eachother. If you look into his eyes and he looks back for more than a couple seconds, if he keeps staring at you.

It depends on the type of girl you are and if you like the guy that is looking straight into your eyes. If th the girl doesnt look back at you maybe they are uninterested or not ready for a relationship or dont know if you are looking at their eyes or if there is something on their face.
