Why are the wait staff salary here in USA so LOW, is it below minimum wage? so that TIP become a huge deal?.
In some countries I visited, the restaurant already include tax and tip in the bill, yet we are willing to give extra tip for the wait staff.
I worked as waif staff years ago but My salary was actually not bad that if there was no tip I survived.

I agree that the real wellfare queen are those excecutive who ask bailout etc etc. But it will be nice if the gov just teach how to fish ...not giving the fish to "the real lazy people". It's not educational seeing people living on welfare and get confortable with such situation.
