About me: On May 29, 2009 at 20.29 Paris DST, Carpediem COAT ab imo pectore met with our Lord Jesus Christ. On May 19, 2009 she became 31 years of age, she had been very ill she stoically, silently and desperately tried to outlive her illness. She was successfully operated on May 27, 2009 never the less her heart could not take more and gave in; this sudden outcome was not expected. She passed surrounded by her parents, siblings and friends comforted by the sacraments of our Roman Catholic religion.

The last eight months were terribly painful her husband rendered his ultimate sacrifice in Iraq and her soon to be son was still born as a result of the very difficult moments she lived. Carpediem’s parents laid her to rest in Paris, France her son’s casket was brought from the United States and was placed by her side.

During her time in AB, she wrote:

We are four siblings, my sister Ann Megan is my identical twin who is married with three children and lives in the UK. My good looking brother Mathew is a Roman Catholic priest who is a theologian in the Vatican where he lives and Anthony married to a very beautiful Italian young lady with two children he is a Constitutional Lawyer who still lives and works in New York. My father is an economist and lawyer for the European Union banking institution. My mother is a lady who is always home worrying about us her children and traveling around to check on us. My parents live in Paris, France thus little by little we have been moving to the old continent except for Anthony. We are a profoundly religious Roman Catholic family of course my brother Mathew's influence has been very important.

I have found a very nice group of friends in this site who are great and respectful persons, I certainly enjoy their Q&A. I find it distasteful to discuss religion as it is a very personal issue which should not be a matter of debate. We each have our own believes or none believes and I respect every one. I have many Atheist friends who are very humanitarian; they help the needy and protect the animals this is more than enough for me to respect them.

I must mention that I am quite careful on choosing my friends, I am sorry if I have not accepted someone but I only accept those who have common interests with me in their Q&A thus I know what and how they ask and answer and then know I won't have any fruitless discussions. I don’t accept or argue over nasty subjects and don't use or like foul language.

We very often act anonymously, quietly slipping in to replace lost points while we continue enjoying the questions, answers and conversation that brought us here.

We, as a group, do not engage in downrate missions even on trolls; we believe this to be counter productive of our peaceful mission to spread positivity and friendship.

*Trolling is defined by us as multiple downrates on a single person by usually a single person for no apparent reason other than hate, spite or just meanness.

Downrates on one or two questions/answers for a possible legitimate reason does not constitute trolling.
