Answer to:
I am selling my home, my realtor says my Convection Range Oven and Convection Microwave must stay with the house because they are connected to the house.
I argued that both appliances are "plug in" not hard wired. Who is right?
You are. It's your house, your appliances, you get to decide what comes with the house and what doesn't. If your realtor disagrees, find a new realtor.

Yes. There are services and freelance genealogists worldwide who are willing to trace anyone's family tree for a fee. Write to your local genealogical society, your state archive, or the National Archives and request a list of available paid researchers. As with any service be sure to request and followup with references before hiring them.

Answer to:
What is the term for someone's first cousin's children?
I live in Canada as well. The poster above is correct - your cousin's children are your first cousins, once removed. Your children & your cousin's children are second cousins. It doesn't matter what terminology is used, the relationship itself doesn't change. A mom, mum, mama is still a mother, no matter what you call her! It's the same with cousins.
