I want to be a vegitarian and i havn't eaten red meat sence 7/7/07 but i can't stop eating meat because of the other people i live with because they say there isn't anything easy and good to eat thes vegitarian, and sugestions? There are a few small benefits to eating a small amount of meat, certain vitamins and such. There is no loaw that says you have to become a complete vegetarian. I would suggest that you eat a small portion of meat, along side your veggies, and fruit.
