Anxiety sufferers: I had an attack last night and since I woke up this morning I'm extremely cold and weak. Do you suffer the effects of an anxiety attack briefly or do you feel the aftereffect for a while? I guess every persons anxiety attack, and therefore the aftermath, is different, so it's a difficult feeling to measure. All i know for sure is that it can be a draining experience, sometimes taking hours, sometimes taking days to recover from and get back 'online'.

I am trying to stay sober. The problem is, everyone I know drinks (all of my friends, family etc). I feel really alone and unsupported. my friends tell me to "lighten up" and get drunk with them. How did children from the 1960's and before survive to this day? In a time before car safety seats and child-proof caps. What other dangers do you remember from your childhood? I know in the Uk, there were very few cars on the road in the 60's and before so i guess there were less accidents because of that, and cars were alot slower then too. Ah them were the days!
