In your case It wouldn't really matter if it was a swap file or on a separate partition, but on systems without that much memory I would keep it on a separate partition.

I have both windows xp and redhat linux installed on my system. i want to format windows xp with out interrupting linux. as of now it is booting with linux as first screen.how can i boot into linux if i format xp. Formatting XP wont cause any problems booting into Linux, since the bootloader is stored on the linux partition. If you want to get rid of the windows partion, you should first format it, and than resize the linux partition to take the rest of the unused space. I first learned learned how to kickflip a ramp by practising how to kickflip and then ollieing a ramp. Then I put the two tricks together. It takes practice though...

What tricks can you learn after learning ollie? You can learn flip tricks like the kickflip, heelflip, varial kickflips/heelflips, 360 flips. There are a whole bunch that you can learn. I learnt how to ollie and then started doing kickflips and heelflips.
