I've not been to a grocery store in about 20 months, but when I used to go, I would mainly just go to the aisles I needed. It's cheaper and quicker that way. :-)

I contemplated suicide many times, and did a lot of research, but in the end lacked the necessary something (courage, conviction, who knows?) to go through with it. I'm not an American. Could someone summarise the differences between Obama and McCain? Nor am I, although I live there now, so here are two answers, both of which are somewhat glib and facetious: 1. Obama is basically a Democrat, or left-wing, while McCain is basically a Republican, or right-wing. 2. There are no differences - they're both politicians, which is all you need to know about them.

What sport or physical activity do you do and how often? Almost none, other than a weekly walk to our mail box, which is half a mile away, with one of our dogs, and an even rarer walk on our treadmill, when we can get to it for all the junk in our AZ room and when we have the time.

My dog is like the neighbourhood watch!!, how nosey is your dog/s? Our seven dogs make great guard dogs, barking at the first sign of anybody approaching our house. Unfortunately, they're a little over-sensitive, barking at passing traffic, even though we're about 600 feet from the road, so it's a good job it's not a very busy road.

Can anyone tell me how to fight being tired all of the time? I feel like I need 10 hours of sleep just to function! I'm only 28, a non-smoker, no drugs, take vitamins and healthy (so says my doctor!) HELP!!! I found a book called Powerful Sleep, by Kacper Potawski, very helpful. It's more about how to improve the quality of your sleep than the quantity, but that worked out fine for me.
