Make a scedule while your waiting for the floor to dry after mopping jog in place or something. If you find any spare minute use it. Get a treadmill..10-15 minutes a day will work surely you can find 10 minutes. When you feel like shoving food walk instead. Cut at least have of the fat and suger from your diet..better yet stay away from sugar and cut back on fatty foods. Drink plenty of water....

I sold a car to my friend, i kept the loan in my name with the understanding she would pay the loan, i found out she has not made payments in 8 months, i cannot locate her, can the bank file criminal charges on me? they need to repossess the vehicle if the loan is in your name they can file charges on you. The only thing you cold do i guess is talk to the police or a lawyer and see what you can do. If you ever get out of this never do that again...even very close freinds can skrew you in the end. My husband has been emotionally and physically distant for years. He tells me I'm 'weak' by which he means emotional. He also says I'm crazy and that's why he isn't close anymore.
