We have a white westinghouse washing machine and have replaced the belt more than twice....it still keeps getting worn and starts to burn....what would be the next thing we should check for and replace? It sounds like a ventilation problem. The heat from the motor is not properly exiting the machine, causing the belt to be more exposed to heat thus wear faster.
