A male friend went out with female coworker. She showed him her breast, gave him a lap dance, and made out with a woman in front of him.
I would think that not telling him no even once would constitute permission to touch her. Don't know what the law is regarding this, but that is my opinion . If I was on the jury I would never vote that he was guilty of sexual battery.

Answer to:
My husband's ex recently was married. My husband and her have a child together, and he pays the ordered child support every month. Now there is talk of the ex's new husband adopting the child. Would my husband still have to pay child support?

Is it reasonable for a parent to prohibit their eighteen year old child from using Facebook and other social utilities such as Twitter?
Is the child using the family computer, and being supported by the parents? I believe that if any child is living under his/her parent's roof and being fed, clothed, and sheltered by the parents, what Mom and Dad says, goes.
Now if the child is supporting him/herself and using a computer that he/she owns, then the child should be able to do whatever doesn't hurt anyone else.

His depression is definitely not your fault. He needs help. If you are willing to make a commitment to helping him get to a doctor and find out if he is seriously sick, then stick with him through it all. Don't change your mind later if you find you really can't handle what's wrong with him. That would be worse than if you just called it off and went on your way.

How do I remove the cat urine smell from a satin comforter? It's polyester satin, I've taken it to the dry cleaner but it still smells. I've heard apple cider vinegar will remove the smell but I don't know if it will harm the fabric.
Regular white vinegar will work much better. Dip a corner into full strength vinegar and rinse it out after a few minutes. If the fabric still looks normal, wash the comforter with 2 cups of vinegar in the washer on delicate cycle, and using cold water. I use white vinegar on all my clothes and bedding and it works great.

No. He trusts you with his money and your ability to handle finances. Just take the money and do what you do best. However, do come to an agreement on how much and how often he gives you money. If he won't make such an agreement, make sure the money he does give you goes to mutual bills (rent, utilities) and hand him his personal bills and let him deal with them--if they don't get...

That's impossible. Unless your ex cured you of cancer he's not done enough to justify you losing your current boyfriend. A man who does things so a woman would owe him would probably be more honest to just go buy it from the red light district.

I don't refuse, I am just too broke to go. I would hope that I would not be treated badly just because I am an American. I can see why foreigners mistreat anyone who comes to their country and acts rude, disrespectful, and as if they are entitled to special privileges.

You can try. Cats don't usually take to being bathed if you don't start them very young. If you can get the cat into the leg of a pair of panty hose and wash and rinse the cat, dry it with a towel, then slip off the panty hose, it will be a lot easier than trying to dip it in the water while it struggles and scratches and hisses.

I have an abusive father who will end up hurting me if I displease him about certain things. He has not beaten me since I was young (12), but his abusive behavior has escalated. How should I go about protecting myself and building a case against him?
make notes of his behavior towards you, take pictures if there are any bruises or other marks if he does hit you. Nobody should have to go through that, ever, no matter who is doing it. How old are you now? If you are under 18, talk to a trusted and sympathetic adult and tell them what is happening. As for protecting yourself, keep out of his reach as much as possible. I sleep next to him just wonderfully, since if there is anything unresolved when we go to bed, we talk about it rationally. We cuddle and kiss while discussing, no arguing or yelling. We have the best relationship in the world because we can talk to each other about anything that bothers us. In bed is, for us, the time when we can resolve anything that has happened during the day.

My son leaves his toys (knights and monsters) all over the floor. He is nine and we have told him four times that if these toys will go away for good. My wife thinks I should walk on them with my cowboy boots to teach him a lesson. Is she right?
Never speak idle threats. The boy knows you are not going to do what you say you will, so why would he do what you want? REMOVE THE TOYS from the floor and put them where he can't access them. Give them back in a month. If they are scattered on the floor again, tell him they will be gone for good--and then THROW THEM AWAY if he doesn't comply.

My breast milk is drying up and my baby is only almost 9 months, so I don't want to stop nursing him yet. A friend told me "drink a beer, it's a booby stimulant, worked for me". Is this legitimate?
Don't know if it's still done, but when I was in the hospital for my daughter, the nurses had beer on hand for those of us who were nursing, as they said it would actually stimulate lactation.

Anyone who has read my previous posts on the subject of juvenile deliquents knows my son is a former gang member. He never listened to a word I said, spent several years in juvenile detention and boys' camps, and ended up in prison. It took getting shot by one of the guards there to finally straighten himself out. The best thing I ever did, for MY OWN sanity, was to let him sit in jail...

At my age, that's no longer a concern. However, it was not much of a problem when I did get "monthly" visits. He said "I will wade in the red river, just not drink from it." If you can shower together afterwards, it extends the pleasureable feelings, too.
