not quite, sorry zarkin frood, but most colleges look at the end of your junior year, and only the first or sometimes 2nd quarter of your senior year. which would make sense seeing how when you apply to colleges, most people do it around november which means they cant look at all of your senior...

13-16. because those are the ages that really decide where you go in life. and most kids that loseparents thatearly just stop caring.

Idk about college. but about half my high school goes to school either high or drunk. in fact not tolong ago a kid in my history class was rolling right next to me. a few weeks ago a kid had somem vodka in a rootbeer bottle. talok about a fucked up school. lmao
