How many cigarettes do you smoke aday? I am a smoker. My way of smoking being 63 yrs is to smoke light cigarettes, 3-4 puffs, then cut the cigarette, & keep it for later use. This way I am able to have the feeling & not over do it. I personally believe that one should stop for 1 month in a year, to allow your body to recuperate. For me my cigarette is the best companion.
