I'm concidering Real Estate. My question is that I'd like to be a "buyer's agent" vs. a "listing agent". Is that obtainable after receiving my licences or do I need addional hours (New Jersey) In NJ,after you receive your license you can chose to be either one or the other depending on which clients you decide to represent. Don't limit yourself to any opportunity. The best posisition is to be in is as a listing agent. Once you have secured a listing and use due dilligence to market and list the property you let the buyer's agents bring the buyers to you.
