The problem is, everyone I know drinks (all of my friends, family etc). I feel really alone and unsupported. my friends tell me to "lighten up" and get drunk with them. How do you stay sober despite the social pressures?<br /><br />well often times when drinking goes down ive had to be the designated driver. i have no problems drinking only a couple of beers early on in the night so when the time comes to drive, im ready. maybe you should start out small. try only having a few beers and keep it up till your tolerance falls....
