Who are congressional district boundaries drawn by?
Following each decade census the districts are drawn or redrawn , in some states this means the political party in power has a chance to draw districts that give their candidates the highest chance of re-election.
When the process is used just to redistrict in order to represent a changing population (and not for one party's political gain) the term gerrymandering doesn't apply.
Answer to:
Is gerrymandering legal?
The Supreme Court refuses to hear cases concerning gerrymandering , because these are based on political fighting that cannot be solved by one court case. As soon as one political fight ends another begins.

I'm 22 and thinking of getting circumcised. I hear females prefer it what do you think I should do?
What parts of a females should be cut off to prevent them from harboring bacteria/stds and spreading them to males ??? STD, viruses, bacteria live on both female n male bodies.
… You can cut up both male n female bodies, or wait … just use the most effective approach and use soap and water. Cutting up male or female genitals just for cosmetic reasons is shallow.

Why did john mcain lose against Barac Obama?
Republicans were running the same old campaign they have always run, and tried to build a political ticket that was a copy of Bush.Cheney (Bush n Palin to appeal to religious fanatics, and McCain n Cheney to appeal to the pragmatic right wing).
*** The Problem is that people's priorities are changing, and you can't keep running campaigns from 4 or 8 years past.

What are the differences in the argument used in support of Female Genital Mutilation (circumcision) and Male Genital Mutilation (circumcision)?
If you ever read the comments of women that have suffered thru female circ, you will quickly see that they campaign against circumcision of any kind and see the US and western countries as Hypocrites for justifying multilation on a child just because of gender. Male and female circumcisio are mirror images.

Any other guys out there that wish they were given the choice of circumsized or not? I am circumsized but feel that I would rather be natural......I think Uncut cocks are much sexier!
I'm glad that I was allowed to make my own choice, like most of the worlds males I see on reason to cut off or damage an important part of my own body. The idea that cutting up an infants body and leaving scar/s is very odd and cruel, and seems to show no respect for the child or the human body itself.

Answer to:
Why is everyone circumcised!?
Babies cannot consent, so circumcision is something that is done to children and infants against their will. So the numbers of circumcisions on unconsenting children is very high, and the number of circumcisions on consenting people (adults)... is very low.

What is your opinion on female circumcision? Should we respect other cultural values which practice it?
When you're cutting up the bodies of children that cannot consent it is wrong. It doesn't matter if it's male or female circumcision, removing healthy body part/s without the consent of the owner is immoral and medically unethical.

CIRCUMCISION.....wrong, or sanitary?
Circumcision (RIC) has no medical reason and no medical support, that is why it is labeled cosmetic and unnecessary by medical groups worldwide. From a medical standpoint it is unethical to remove healthy tissue , body parts just for a cosmetic effect in which the body’s owner has no choice.

You should be an adult, since it is a decision that will change your body permanently, it should also be a decision that is considered carefully by the adult that will live in that body permanently.
Most states put age restrictions on tatoos and cosmetic surgery, because of the permanent nature of the decisions and the tendency of children and teenagers to change their minds often.

I believe more people will vote on election day than in previous elections. People's willingness to stand in line long hours for early voting, is a sign of the incredibly high interest in this election.
Answer to:
Will there be more problems on election day in the US?
Early voting has been going on for weeks, this will reduce the numbers of people that will need to vote on Tuesday . It should have also identified and resolved many potential voting problems weeks ago.

Would you have a problem if, while voting, they asked you for an ID and then dipped your finger in ink to certify you voted and that you could not vote again?
Your question only covers half of the problem, how would you find and punish groups that conspire to deny people their legal voting rights, since we have seen examples of this also?
The scale of their crime’s should also be taken into account when punishment is considered. A person that overvotes once obviously would not receive as severe a punishment , as somebody that conspires...

I always have an ID, and bring it to my polling place. Not sure if they actually ask for it, but I usually hand it to the person looking up my name, so I don't have to spell my name out slowly.
The ink idea sounds like the third world, now if you said that a thumbprint was needed to accompany you signature, it would sound more intelligent. And you would have a unique fingerprint to use.

You're wrong , conservatives (Republicans?) only claim concern about government abuses. In all honesty they want others to be subjected to laws, and then want to be above the law.
During Bush Sr. admin Repblicans supported and created the law making it treason to expose US agents, then Carl Rove broke that law, and Republicans found themselves fighting and circumventing a law that...

Somebody that doesn't understand how to behave in an ethical manner. It is very disturbing that she would use a public office as a tool in her personal vendetta against her ex-brother-in-law. One of the most common myths I’ve heard is that an intact child will just end up having it done later, due to problems. Or that the rate of medical circumcisions is some ridiculous number like 10%. In Reality, in countries (Denmark & Scandinavia) where routine circumcision isn’t practiced the medical need for circumcison is a very small fraction of 1%(1/17,000).
