Can a human get high by smoking catnip? Or is the effect limited to cats? after reading many of the comments on this ? I decided to try it out for myself and can honestly say that after smoking a j mixed 1/2 & 1/2 w/tobacco & catnip I don't feel normal .. I don't feel like i smoked pot but I certainly don't feel normal...
