I can answer one part of it. Prints on a gun is not circumstantial. They tie a particular person directly to a particular firearm. Now, if police found that gun elsewhere and could not prove the person who left the latent prints was at that same location, then it is the location that is...

We've got legitimate issues with this, lonelydragon. Guys aren't as emotional as we are, and need gentle reminders to treat us a bit differently than they do their guy friends. I don't see that as a problem on thier part, exactly. It's more of a thing they can be...
