there is much worse problems somewhere else for sure but the worst problem I see is that I started a good company and was going to hire several others for work before a dui trial that took an absurd amount of time took away my ability to be productive in this planet.

I never tried for unemployment because I owned my own business.... but chances are if you had a position where you could sit on your ass and abuse Internet provisions......... you should have been happy you had a job and tried to impress your boss vs the people on myspace.
