I always tone up useing a rowing machine it`s extreamly good for your thighs and butt but a cheaper option is an exercise ball there aparently really good for toneing those body areas.

It depends what kind of material they`re made out of if it`s something similar to leather you could probably stretch them to fit your feet.

Going to the gym alot works wonders. Things like putting a rowing machine on it`s highest settings,weight lifting,lots of sit ups and chin ups. You have to really stick to it though.

Well you can cut your calorie intake to about 1200 but thats as far as you can go without being unhealthy. Eat lots of salad and fruit and cut down on sugar,fat and red meat or high fat meats. Try not to eat white bread and eat brown rice instead of white rice. It helps also to eat low sugar...

Hi i'm 18 and for the last 3 times that i been having sex wit my boyfriend it been really hurting my stomach bad and i don't know why it hurt while having sex and after and after sex it feel like i have to spit up but won't nothing come up please help me.

I sometimes got sick after having sex but i think your problem sounds a little more severe you should go and see your doctor as soon as possible.

My mother she acts like a child and if we ever say anything to her she seems to think we`re all out to get her it`s actually quite scary but quite amuseing when you think about it.

1 member of my family kept trying it on with me i can`t say who believe me i don`t even like him as family now. He`s a sick fuck and i can`t quite get over it and what he`s done to me. If two people feel the same way fair enough but after my experience i can`t even trust family.

I think the best thing to do isn`t to view the world but to view your own life ,have a good time and live for today don`t trouble yourself with the rest of the world. :) makes me feel great

In my opinion it`s one of the worst addictions. I`m a smoker and i could quite happily throw them away as long as i can eat all i want. Had to put myself on a diet it`s horrible.
