Can an Xbox be modded to be used as a web server?
The answer is yes....but you need to be willing to do a little work.
First, you would have to install Linux on your Xbox, or some other OS that could run a web server. You can do this either by using certain programs to input the code to install Linux, or by putting in a mod chip with Linux. This, by the way, violates Microsoft's TOS, so I don't endorse, nor condone doing this....

My camera lens has EF 50mm 1:1.8. What does the 1:1.8 mean?
The number is the fastest aperture setting the lens has. For instance, your lens should be able to go to 18, which basically has the aperture close the lens to such a level that very little light comes in.
1.8 on the other hand, is your lens's aperture without it having to move to shut out light. The opening itself is 1.8, and that's what the number means.

I once saw this guy on the Howard Stern show say that he broke his penis. Is it a possible to break a penis?
If you mean to break it as if to break one's arm or leg, the answer is no, because the penis is made purely of blood vessels and muscle, and has no bones to break in it.
However, you CAN pull a muscle in your penis, or cramp it up, or tear a muscle, or do a number of things to your penis which would make it feel as if it were broken.

What is considered "fashionably late"?
There's no real definition of being fashionably late, save one example of a Spongebob Squarepants episode where he was to meet someone at 8:00 p.m, but he says he was always fashionable late, and arrived at 8:01 p.m.
Go with your gut instinct. You have to really know the host to do it. I'd suggest a timeline from 5-10 minutes late, but no later.
