Yeah i do a similar thing. I look at their rating first. If they are a beginner then I say no, cuz it might be a troll or someone who will be a nightmare! Help? Technically the other car driver was at fault. As they rear ended your car. Any personal injury should come out of the other drivers insurance policy. However, your friend was driving whilst disqualified. Im guesing then that he/she was NOT insured to drive your car. Because of this I really dont know. You would be better contacting a lawyer.
