most ppl who weigh over 300 lbs are grossly overweight unless you are freakishly tall, then 300 lbs at let's say 7,6" would actually be quite slim.

I think you should also measure the distance between the bottom of your foot and the top of your knee when you are sitting down on a flat surface (i.e. a chair or a bench). That distance would be roughly 30% for most people.

you can grow a few more inches if you are a young age (about 18 or less) but if you are in your early twenties don't expect too much growth.

Having big (long) hands IMO is a definite advantage in everyday life. You can hold things more easily and when slapping people, it's going to hurt a lot more than with small hands! I have huge hands even for my height (7,3). My hand measures nearly 27 cm long from middlefinger tip to wrist!
