According to what I understand, you wouldn't use miss because that would seclude her to not have been married. You wouldn't use Mrs. because that would mean that she was married. Tough to say much more than "the taller you are, the larger feet you 'should' have".
Let me give you some examples. I have a friends brother who is 6' 10". You can find him in a crowd anyday, but his shoe size is mens 11. I have another friend who is barely 5' 10", if that. (I think he lies about the height) but his shoe size is a 13, maybe a 14...
