ummm... i dont recommend it BUT, if you sterilize the pin, the area being pieced, and the piercing area (for several days, or weeks) after being pierced. there is no reason why it should get infected. (after all the piercing gun is just a fast moving pin) but it might be a bad and painful...

you could call pest control... BUT!: think about it, what would be a cause for the sudden increase in snakes around your house? it is likely due to a food source growing in your area... likely mice (depending on the type of snake). so if they are not dangerous, maybe you want to reconsider not...
