i dont know about BEST, but this is how i do it.
dig a ditch 50cm - 1m deep. fill the compost up to 60% of the ditch (ie. 30cm-60cm depending on how deep the hole is)
when compose is up to 60% cover it and COMPACT the soil above it.
REMEMBER. make sure you have a cover over your ditch until you bury it.... you dont want pests getting in.

BUT, most schools block proxy servers too... so this is what you can do.
1. Wikipedia and search Proxy server...
2. Scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN..

first you will need some basic c programming.
you can easly creat a file that prints the numbers of pi you want onto a text file.
