:) Where I stay, we would all be dead. Tap water is not fit for drinking without being boiled out here. The time and energy spent in boiling water to make it potable is phenomenal.

I most certainly will not find it offensive but I do feel that every person should always dress for the occasion. I would certainly feel more at ease if my doctor was in formal clothes because after all he is at his work place.
