I personally think its not healthy. You wont be getting the real nutrients that you need.. Pills are good and all to supliment things but REAL food is better. I also think Vegans tend to look a little less healthy. Skin is not as good and tend to be overly skinny. But thats me :)

Really? I heard plucking is worse then waxing due to the fact you tend not to be ale to pull the hair out with the roots as well as with waxing. waxing also is much faster then plucking. I like getting my brows waxed much better then having them pluckd. Its faster and the hair does not grow back...
