The American rule is as follows: A marriage that is valid where celebrated is valid everywhere.The general exceptions to this rule are: (1)If the jurisdiction where the marriage is contested has a rule which expressly voids the marriage or(2) if the marriage is against "natural law", e.g., marriage between very closely kin persons.
I do not know the Korean rule but one might find...
