When a lawyer has to represent a defendant in a pro-bono case, since they don’t get paid in pro-bono cases (or not as much as they do in other cases,) do they not try as hard to win as they would when they’re paid the usual rates? yep....I represented many clients pro-bono and I did my best (I'm no lnger practising -changed work). I also believe that other lawyers do their best....no lawyer wants to lose a case!!!!

I am a man who is having a child with a former girlfriend. We are not going through the courts for CS. We are making an agreement. What steps can i take to Protect myself incase she decides to take me to court in the future? you can't protect yourself from being taken to court in the future....even if you keep your part of the agreement, if she wants to take you to court she would. What you must only do from now on is to always meet your obligations....that would counter in your favour if she takes you to court. AND taking care of your child is the right thing to do!

Fellow AB friends... can you please say a prayer for my beautiful girlfriend?.....My girl suffers from a severe case of Iron deficiency... which I think is why my clothes are so wrinkly.... The irony is that i've just learned that iron deficiency can be cured....no need for a prayer.....just massage. Ask her to do it instead of ironing!!!!
