Your disk may be a faulty or scratched severely if it doesn't run at all and the disc stops all movement for ever. Try cleaning your disk by rubbing the inner-edges of it with rubbing alcohol with a q-tip or a cotton swab. Otherwise by a new game. BTW: It could also be a system...

Wait until your phone rings for more missions. MAKE SURE you have completed all of your assigned missions before you say that you have no more. Double check your map and get a checklist if you need to. If your phone doesn't ring for a LONG period of time you may not have completed the...

No. Not standard cheats from your regular cheat sites. The only time a cheat from a standard cheat site would have any effect is if you would have saved it onto your permanent game files. Programs like GameShark would have the potential to effect gameplay if saved.

I never really noticed any difference to be perfectly honest. I guess the models could be a slight bit bigger then it's counterparts.

No. There is no money cheat like in GTA 3. A couple things to do in order for obtaining EZ cash is to do side missions (taxi driver, law enforcer) etc, crash into cars, rob stores, rob stores, and other things.
