Your disk may be a faulty or scratched severely if it doesn't run at all and the disc stops all movement for ever. Try cleaning your disk by rubbing the inner-edges of it with rubbing alcohol with a q-tip or a cotton swab. Otherwise by a new game. BTW: It could also be a system malfunction or your system is getting to old.

I finished the missions with rosenburg, the bikers, love fist, got the mansion, all the haiatian/cuban gang missions, cassidy, avery, and the phone missions, and now i dont get any phone calls or missions, i basically just Wait until your phone rings for more missions. MAKE SURE you have completed all of your assigned missions before you say that you have no more. Double check your map and get a checklist if you need to. If your phone doesn't ring for a LONG period of time you may not have completed the objective in which you have to spend $300 at The Strip Joint in Ocean Beach. And only then do you get...

The only time a cheat from a standard cheat site would have any effect is if you would have saved it onto your permanent game files. Programs like GameShark would have the potential to effect gameplay if saved.

There is no visible sex scene like there was in a mod for San Andreas, however you can pick up hookers by getting in a regular car (not including police vehicles, or anything of government sorts).
