NO!!! MS Pain is terrible! You're right that it is tough to use though. Photoshop and/or Illustrator is probably one of the best, but they're VERY expensive. I haven't used it myself, but I hear that GIMP is pretty good, and you can download it for free.

Sure, either one can be a great gift. Shoes are always an actually useful gift, and knives can be great, just make sure you're giving it to a responsible person. They will remain useful and memorable much longer than a video game or toy etc.

Saturn is much bigger (higher volume) than Earth. Gravitational force is weaker over longer distances, and when calculating the force you would use the distance from the center of the planet you're on to where ever you are, and if you're at the surface that would just be the radius.
