Do away with the "no child left behind " thing. My son never had a spelling test since that program was put into place. The teachers teach whats going to be on the end of grade test. It doesn't allow our teachers to pursue their passion and JUST TEACH.

high protein shakes, lift weights everyother day and eat small meals throughout the day. If you can afford it, some gyms have personal trainers u can go to for a week or so to teach you this. dont forget to lift weights every other day.
