If you eat only meat and veg and eggs for 2 weeks, you will loose atleast 15 pounds. No real sugar, diet drinks etc. I did this onetime and I lost 20 pounds in two weeks. If you have to eat some carbs you can subtract the fiber. High fiber foods are good because you poop after a meal.

I had to tell an employee (a BIG man) that his body odor was causing the parents to complain at a after school program that I used to run. Is it ok to scare a child to keep him from getting hurt? My son constantly goes to the road, im afraid he is going to get killed. I think its fine to do that. the people giving you a hard time about watching him must not remember how fast a toddler can run or how quickly they can get out of your sight or how hard it is. I say scare his little butt to safety.
