Please don't suggest the bible- I've already read that. You already have one heck of a list, but the absolute best book I ever read was Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky. It's a pretty heavy read, though. If you're looking for something more contemporary, I highly recommend The Kite Runner.

Had mammogram today+was informed they wanted to do an ultrasound to check on an area that was shaded in one breast. They said it's probably nothing more than a gland but since mum has breast cancer, we should check. I'm 32. Any advice? I'm panicking. Have the ultrasound done if for no other reason than to have peace of mind. There are types of cancer that can't be detected by the mammogram, and if that's the case you want to catch it as quickly as possible. If it is just a gland, you can put your mind to rest.
