Every time I try to take a deep breath from my mouth I take short ones beforehand (I consider them stutter breaths) I think it's mainly psychological but it's extremely annoying and I've been losing sleep because of it also, I need some advice. As long as you are breathing you should be able to sleep. Maybe you are nervous about how you are breathing and your mind won't let you relax, best to seek out medical advice to be on the safe side.

When I cook a pot roast in my slow cooker, it always seems to be a little tough even after several hours of cooking. I cook on hi for about 2.5 hours then on low for about 3 hours. What could I do to get it more tender? I cook mine on low for 6hrs. I put onion soup mix and water about 1/2 way over the roast. I also put in carrots, potatoes and sometimes cabbage. YUMMY!

I know human beings are imperfect. Everyone has flaws. What is your definition of a "good" person? Would it include someone who occasionally cheats and lies to "get ahead..get an edge..take an advantage"? To me a good person is someone who understands that everyone has flaws, no one is perfect. They except others for who they are not what they have or have not. Their actions speak for them, they don't boast of their charity, or find happiness in the the weakness of others. The make up they wear is the glow of a smile which they share with everyone.
