I do agree with the majority of "Christians" not being very Christian-like. Religion has been twisted so many times for so many reasons it is hard to differ what is a "true" Christian...I do know that many of us have become so judgemental of anyone who doesn't believe. Jesus was never like this and we need to remember our compassions and tolerance for others.

I would say anything to further your knowledge of yourself and if you are truely meant for your current major....if you want to find out more about religion the book Now That's a Good Question by, R.C. Sproul is good and then there is the Bible or other main book for your religion of interest...for leisure though, I would recommend The Historian by, Elizabeth Kostova...

Don't base your future off of a feeling...love is an action not a feeling...the feeling may fade, but the love will always be there and that is the main connection

Does God plan when we die? Or is he just a bystander who knows when we will die?
God knows when we are to leave this world, but we doesn't plan it...he is not a serial killer! Things happen in this world that he doesn't plan...take natural disasters for example...he doesn't plan to have thousands killed for his own pleasures! He's not up there calculating how long it would take us to die in a car crash or anything like that, but he does know when we are...

Sin is an action...breathing is life, but not a sin itself. God gave us breath and life and the will to choose for ourselves so how can that be a sin? Now, if we choose badly, as we all have done at one time or another, we commit a sin if it is against God.

You must choose to live in happiness not bliss, in which also means you...

It's always been this way all throughout history...Women are looked down upon if they sleep around, but for men it is a noble characteristic. In today's society Men can get away with sleeping around because women are still subconsciously viewed as a property status...the more you have...

Is it common to find Christian women (who wouldn't sleep around, wear skimpy clothing, hardly drink) to be single? Why do you think this is the case if you agree?
Well, I am a christian who doesn't sleep around, drink and so on, but I am not single. I found the love of my life who values the same morals that I do. I mean, no one is perfect, but I am very blessed. I think for the majority of christians though (those who actually walk the talk)it is hard to find someone else with similar beliefs. Keep looking though, there is someone out there for you!

Disadvantages and advantages of moving in together with your bf/gf? is this right or wrong? any advise or experience on this?
My personal belief is to wait until you are married, but I can see the advantage of living together beforehand. If you feel it will work out then that is your decision. Be careful though not to become too comfortable and decide not to commit someday, but just live together. If you plan to live together in my opinion you should be headed towards committment.

What would be a worse punishment for a heinous crime - death, or transferring the guy's thoughts & consciousness into a supercomputer (then dumping the body) so he can never escape? (If he goes crazy, just reboot and start over.)
I would have to say the computer part in the eyes of the public mainly because it would be bad to have the thoughts of someone who committed a horrible crime in a powerful super computer. Death would be more effective towards punishment in the eyes of anyone who is not the defendant because he'd probally feel at least he is still alive and now has power, but if he is dead he is gone...

Anne Rice has said she may write another Lestat book, but with him as a Christian. Do you think this is a good idea, or just a way to sell out her characters?
I think it will be a new and unique take on Lestat. Rice is good at what she does and can make any character work. I think this new take on Lestat will give her vampire characters a new edge. They will be portrayed as having more heart than once thought. I think it will be good if she continiues to write in the same fashion and if she doesn't try to downplay the Christian faith.

Answer to:
How long does Mono usually last? I'm in high school and I am scared about going back to school because my doctor said if I'm punched the wrong way I could die, I've only been out for 2 days. Help?
I had mono in highschool. The major symptoms lasted maybe 2 weeks, but you can still feel like crap months. The virus never truely goes away, it just goes dormint. Don't be afraid of what your Doctor said, they are just afraid of you rupturing your spleen. Don't play any physical contact sports or get into any fights and you'll be fine. Just be careful. By the way, good luck...

Do you have family member with schizophrenia? How did you first suspect it -symptoms? Did they agree to treatment, How did you handle confirming that they had the disorder, and how well did the whole situation work out for the family? IMPORTANT, Thanks =]
My brother was diagnosed with having Schizophrenia at age 7. The first signs were increased aggression, strange behaviors that weren't "normal", and then the fact that he said he saw "monsters" and heard voices. He is now 17 and of course is accepting treatment, but for awhile he refused. Luckily he was under 14 and my parents signed for him. It has been a tough road,...
